Managing the flow and processing of your daily business-related incoming mail is time-consuming and often a source of significant costs:

Electronic Document Management (EDM) covers all operations involved in document processing, from data capture to archiving, including document preparation, sorting, scanning, indexing and image processing. Depending on your needs, we can receive your documents by shuttle or provide a P.O. box for direct delivery. Your e-mails can also be integrated into the workflow. Once the documents have been scanned, the data is either recognized by OCR (Optical Character Recognition) or processed manually. They are then injected into your own management system. Data processing complies with GDPR standards.
The physical documents are then archived, properly destroyed or returned to you at your request.
If required, and with your cooperation, we can submit a Force Probante file for the electronic archiving service to the Ministry of Social Affairs.
