- Introduction
MANUFAST-ABP Entreprise de Travail adapté ” asbl pays particular attention to respecting the privacy and confidentiality of the data we process, as well as to legislation on the protection of privacy.
Our personal data protection policy is based on the legal provisions in force in this area, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “European Data Protection Regulation” or its English abbreviation “GDPR”).
- Who is responsible for processing personal data?

We process the following personal data and/or categories of personal data: personal identification data and electronic identification data.

- For what purposes do we process your personal data?
We collect and process the following personal data about you in order to :
To enable Manufast to respond to the request for which you have filled in the contact form and to inform you; to inform you, to identify you on our website and to provide you with personalized access to the system, to manage a customer database and to analyze errors in order to improve the operation of the system.
We process data in accordance with this declaration and the provisions of the GDPR.
Only the staff of Manufast and its subcontractors may process data, and only for the purposes described above and to improve the service.
- How long do we keep your data?
For the purposes of the processing in question, your data will be kept for as long as there is regular contact between you and Manufast. If regular contact is broken off without a sales contract being established, the data will be destroyed no later than one year after the last contact.
- Who is the data collected for?
In the context of the above-mentioned data processing, we may pass on your data to the following persons or organizations (non-exhaustive list): to you, to our staff in charge of following up commercial requests and IT support, and to our web service provider in charge of website maintenance.
We do not transmit any personal data to third parties belonging to the above-mentioned recipients and not covered by the above-mentioned legal framework, without prejudice to their possible communication to bodies entrusted with a mission of control or inspection in application of Belgian law, such as an examining magistrate.
Manufast will not distribute personal data to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
- What are your rights?
The right of access
The right of access is the right to obtain, on request, information about the personal data we hold about you.
Right of rectification
This is your right to ask us to correct any incorrect personal data as soon as possible. If you find that your personal data is incomplete, you also have the right to request that it be completed.
Right to erasure
In certain cases, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. This is the case if
the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed by the controller;
personal data have been processed unlawfully
the user as data subject objects to the processing, but only in certain specific cases. The right to erasure does not apply in all situations.
Right to restrict processing
In certain cases, you have the right to obtain from the controller a restriction on the processing of your personal data in accordance with data protection legislation.
Right to data portability
To the extent necessary, you also have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, common and machine-readable format, under the conditions determined by the applicable data protection legislation. In any case, the right to erasure remains applicable.
Right to object
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation. In this case, we must stop processing the personal data, unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or that the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

To ensure your privacy and security, we take the necessary steps to verify your identity before allowing you to view and, if necessary, rectify data.
- Children’s data
As a general rule, we do not intentionally collect or process personal data from children under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from children under the age of 16, we will take the necessary steps to delete such data as soon as possible, unless we are obliged by applicable law to retain it.
If we are aware that a child is over the age of 16 but is considered a minor under applicable law, we must obtain the consent of a parent/guardian before using that child’s personal data.
- How do we protect your personal data?
Manufast has implemented a number of appropriate technical and organizational security procedures, which we review and update on a regular basis, in order to prevent the destruction, loss, falsification, modification, unauthorized access, accidental communication to third parties, to ensure the security of such data and to guarantee the correct use of the information collected for the processing in question.
- Limitation of liability
Manufast’s liability is limited to direct damages, to the exclusion of any indirect damages. In no event shall Manufast be liable for any damages whatsoever that are considered indirect, such as, but not limited to, loss of personal data, financial or commercial loss, loss of profit, increase in overheads, disruption of planning.
In addition, Manufast cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from illegal operations on personal data by third parties (data theft, viruses, hacking or other computer crimes).
Manufast draws attention to the fact that this website may contain hyperlinks and other references to other websites which we mention for information purposes only, but which we do not manage or control. Manufast accepts no responsibility for the inappropriate, illicit or illegal content of these hyperlinks or for any damage that may result from consulting them. We therefore advise you to carefully read the privacy policies of each website you visit, as they may differ from this privacy statement.

- Applicable law and jurisdiction
This declaration is subject to Belgian law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably within a maximum of one month of its occurrence, which period may be extended by mutual agreement, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels (Belgium). Manufast reserves the right to apply to another competent court if it deems this necessary.
